We were approached when BitePatch was just an itching of an idea. Together with the founders, we worked to develop the product name, tagline, branding, packaging, launch strategy, ecommerce website and all supporting marketing materials.
Originally launched online - a comprehensive customer acquisition plan was put in place to secure new customers, build brand awareness and trial the product in the marketplace. Proof of strong sales and growth enabled expansion into physical retailers. BitePatch is now stocked in over 1000 locations Australia wide and is expanding into international territories.
